The successful candidate will be expected to build close working relationships with customer's supply chain teams and ensure an excellent level of service is maintained. The post holder will also be expected to generate consistently accurate product demand forecasts and manage ongoing customer relationships. • Work with customers to reduce overall lead times of supply while maximising on time delivery performance. • Control associated inventory for assigned products to agreed targets. • Work with and report forecast discrepancy for products under control. • Monitor effectiveness of safety stock, make recommendation for adjustment to ensure continuity of supply while meeting stock targets. • Advice the business analyst team of future product shortages You will have previous experience of working in a supply chain planning role within either a fast moving manufacturing environment supplying into the retail channels, or experience working within the retail supply sector. You will possess excellent analytical skills. You will have the ability to build relationships and deliver excellent service.
